The NeX answers the questions operators actually ask. Ground-floor to Level 7 units offer double-volume clearance up to 6.8 m with a lower-floor loading capacity of 10 kilopascals (about 1,000 kg/m²) — enough for racking, machinery and dense storage.

Designated units carry a 4.5 m roller-shutter door and a private loading terrace, while the external ground-floor driveway accepts vehicles up to approximately 10 tonnes. Two 2-tonne cargo lifts and a 1:10 ramp keep goods moving across all nine floors.

What size are the roller-shutter doors?

Designated units (Types A, A2, B, B2, C) have approximately 4.5 m (H) × 5.5 m (W) shutters; Types D, D2, E, E1, E2 have 4.5 m × 4.0 m; Types A1, B1, D1 have 3.0 m × 4.0 m.
